Invited by curator Marianna Van der Zwaag

In dialogue with the facade of the Oude Kerk, the work conisdering the Plaskrul urinal as part of a metabolised urban system, where processes of drainage, circulation and disposal connect the body to the infastructure that sustain and regulate them.
Greene considers the urinals exists in parallel with the bodies that use them.

The drainpipe and pre-existing urine deflector on site influence the structure of the work. Through these elements, the Plaskrul urinal is referenced as a funnel, both a device for directing liquid and a mechanism that channels behaviour.
Activity is continually processd and directed.
Residual liquids move from the bdy into canals and drainage systems.
One part of the work is sealed, while the rest remains intentionally exposed to the changing conditions of its environment.
